All of my work is handmade with the utmost care. I try to be as descriptive as possible about all the jewelry in my shop, so please read descriptions and measurements carefully, and to contact me with questions prior to ordering.

When ordering a ring, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. When a ring is ordered in the incorrect size it can possibly be re-sized, but this will be subject to a charge. Re-sizing can not be done for custom orders, or made to order items.

If, by chance, you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact me as soon as possible, latest within 7 days of receipt. I will then advise on how to proceed with the return. shop@daphnevandermeulen.com

The item must be sent back in it’s original box and in unworn condition. The item is the recipient’s responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods with a tracking number. Daphne van der Meulen cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. If you are returning an item for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt). We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at his own cost. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued to the same bank account from which it originated within 28 days of receipt of the return.

Please note that all ‘made to order’ jewelry sales are final and are not subject for return or exchange.
