PROCESSING TIME

Please check the description of the item for the processing times. Processing time is without Shipping time. Processing time includes the designing / making / packaging your order before it is shipped out.

  • DIY kits ship on Tuesday and Friday (if the order is placed before 12am)
  • ready to ship 1-3 days
  • made to order item 1-2 weeks
  • custom order 1-4 weeks

 

SHIPPING TIME

The postage time my local postage company (POST NL) advices.

  • NL 1-2 days
  • Germany + Belgium 2-3 days
  • Europe 1-2 weeks
  • USA 1-3 weeks
  • Rest of World 1-5 weeks (depending on where you live and your local postal service)

The timing may be different during holiday seasons, and or festive seasons like Christmas.

 

SHIPPING COST

For Gold items we recommend to upgrade to shipping including insurance / please write me an email to arrange.

EU1

  • DIY kit Track and Trace € 12,50

EU2

  • DIY kit Track and Trace € 15,50


If you order multiple DIY kits the shipping cost per kit will go up with €3,50

    Please note that your order will not be made or shipped before I have received the full payment.

    Shipping costs include packaging, postage and handling.
    Shipping time below does not include processing/making time.

    I will send you a notification once your order has been shipped
    The order will be shipped to your address provided. Please let me know immediately after payment if you like your order to be shipped to a different address.
    I can't be held responsible if a package gets lost due to an incomplete or wrong shipping address provided by the buyer.

    All orders are shipped with PostNL (https://www.postnl.nl/en/), this service does NOT include insurance.

    I am not responsible for delivery delays caused by Post NL or your local Postal service.
    I am not responsible when a package is unable to be delivered due to providing the wrong or incomplete address or any other reasons why a package can not be delivered to the provided address (for example that the name + address do not match)
    I am not responsible if Post NL or your local postal service looses or damages a package, but in any case I will do my best to help you find your package.

    Any additional postage cost are always on your behalf. Orders will not be resend on my cost.


    For orders outside the EU import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply
    I am not responsible for delays due to the package being inspected by customs
