In this Wax Carving Jewelry Workshop each creates its own personalised Dream Ring. You decide the size, the shape and you can add your initials, stamp a word, embellish it with granules, give it an organic look. Anything is possible! This workshop is fun and interesting for all, even if you have no experience in goldsmithing or jewelry design!

In this 2,5 hour jewelry making workshop, you will be guided through the ancient old process of the lost wax technique. By carving and cutting wax, we create a master model. This model will be used in the casting process of jewelry making. You will be introduced to different techniques, including filing and shaping wax and using different tools. After the workshop, your unique design will be cast in recycled silver. Then your ring will be polished, and it is ready to be worn by you!

Extras
Option to have your beautiful ring gold plated in 14k or 18k gold, this can be done for an extra 30 euros and can be paid on the day itself.
Or maybe you would like to have your design cast in 14k or 18k yellow solid gold, this is also an option.

The workshop is both in NL and EN.

You decide! We can host the Workshop in your desired location, all we need is a large table and enough chairs. The Workshop can also take place in my studio in Amsterdam West.

As your design will be cast after the workshop, you will not take home a finished piece of jewelry. Your finished ring will be sent to you within a maximum of 2 weeks.

This Workshop is not ment for goldsmiths, silversmiths or jewellery designers who would like to learn the techniques of Wax Carving and Casting.
